The CYUP Virtual Training Program is personalized and adaptive. Each program is individualized and tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

 

It is designed for athletes that want more personalized training but may not have the time to meet during CYUP group training. The focus of all of our programs is the development of the individual as an overall runner and athlete.

Virtual training can look different for everyone. For some individuals it may be just receiving workouts and feedback off of those workouts while some individuals may seek training, nutritional recommendations and zoom meetings.
