Service Description
Strength training is an essential supplement to any runners routine. Strength training will help to improve your performance and and decrease your chance of injury. Improving resistance training into your program can increase your speed and aerobic power. You and the coach will work together in developing an injury prevention program that will keep you healthy and a strength training program that will maximize your training.
