The CYUP Winter Sprint Program focuses on increasing the runner's strength and mobility while making them complete track and field athletes. Our athletes develop knowledge on how to eat for athletic training and how train correctly to maximize potential. The program gives athletes an opportunity to focus on the finer things in training while being part of a team. 


Many running programs just have athletes run while never breaking down faulty movement patterns that may lead to injury, At CYUP we believe in incorporating strength, power, speed and mobility while increasing an athlete's running mechanics. The goal of the CYUP Winter Sprint Program is to make runners more physically and mentally prepared when it comes race day. This program teaches athletes how to train in a positive team environment and grow to be future leaders.

The program is specifically designed for athletes looking to improve in events ranging from the 100m-400m. This program is individually tailored to meet you needs. 

Athletes are placed in appropriate training groups that match their training levels. 

CYUP Winter Sprint Program

SCHEDULE (Tentative)

From: November 10th-January 16th 

Days: Wednesdays (Outdoors) and Saturdays (Indoors) - (2 days a week) 

Time: Wednesdays (5:30pm-7:00pm), Saturdays (10:00am-11:30am)

Cost: Early Registration (Until to November 1) - $415, Regular Registration - $450

Location: Montrose Track & Comed Rec Center
