CYUP Summer Track & Field Program delivers the highest training stimulus and return on investment. If you are struggling or ready to reach the next level in your training, this program will get you over the hump. The program focuses on increasing the runner's strength and mobility while making them complete track and field athletes. Our athletes develop knowledge on how to eat for athletic training and how train correctly to maximize potential. The program gives athletes an opportunity to focus on the finer things in training while being part of a team. CYUP's main goal is to develop better runners as well as better leaders.

The program is specifically designed for athletes looking to improve in events ranging from the 100m-3200m. This program is individually tailored to meet you needs. The program is broken into sprinters and distance runners. 

All athletes will be placed in appropriate training groups that match their training levels.

SCHEDULE

June 7-July 31

Mondays-Fridays (5 days a week)

Practice everyday is not mandatory but strongly recommended

June 7-22 (5pm-7pm)

June 23-July 31 (9am-11am)

River Park Track (Mondays-Wednesday)

Montrose Track (Thursday-Friday)
