CYUP INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS

Join CYUP Training for an Introductory Session. Get an opportunity to experience a CYUP practice firsthand. All introductory sessions are free. 

DISTANCE & SPRINT PROGRAMS

The session will consists of a warm up, drills, light workout and cool down. Learn about training in a low stress environment.

Wilson Track - 10:00am-11:30am

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT 

The session will consists of a warm up, ladder drills, mobility, core activation and identifying areas of muscle weakness and tightness.. Learn the how to become a better athlete first and in turn you will become a better runner. Strengthening and injury prevention are key in this program.
