The CYUP High School Prep Program is designed to help athletes adjust to the natural changes occurring in their bodies while also taking advantage of the rapid growth period. The focus of this program is to work on developing the athlete as an overall runner and athlete. We work on developing speed, strength, stamina, power and agility while enhancing mobility to minimize the occurrence of injuries. The goal of the High School Prep Program is to slowly allow runners to adjust to the demands of high school practices in a positive and friendly team environment and grow to be future leaders.
The program is specifically designed for adolescent athletes overall. Whether you are looking to improve in the 100m dash, get fit for your other sport or have a personal record in the mile - this program is individualized to your needs.
