MEET DETAILS/REGISTRATION INFO

  • TIME SCHEDULE

    • January 21 - 8am-5pm

  • ENTRY FEES

    • Entry fee is $15 for 1 event, $25 for 2 events and $35 for 3 events can be made only online via IL Milesplit. Check, cash or any other payment will not be accepted.

    • Entries will be open until January 18th @ 5pm CST.

    • Entry fees are non-refundable.  

  • SEEDING GUIDELINES
    • All performances will be verified. Only FAT marks will be accepted. Fabricated marks will cause athletes to be removed from the meet. ​
    • Only 2021 marks will be accepted. 
    • Conversion Factors​​​
      • 300m - 200m time x 1.60 or 400m time/1.3964 ​
      • 600m - 400m time x 1.66 or 800m time/1.55
      • 1000m - 800m time x 1.32 

  • PACKET PICKUP/BIB NUMBERS

    • Athletes will check-in at the "check-in" desk upon arrival​​​

    • We ask that athletes check-in no earlier than 1.5 hours prior to the start of their first event and can check-in any time prior to event start

    • Hip numbers will be provided upon check-in and must be worn on the left hip and the left side of chest

  • SPECTATORS

    • Each athlete will be allowed 2 spectator tickets that they will purchase upon check-in for $10 each.  Only cash will be accepted for these tickets

    • Spectators will be seated on the grass embankment on the east side of the track at all times.  Personal chairs and blankets are allowed

    • Coaches will be considered “spectators” and will purchase tickets at check-in as well unless pre-arranged in advance

    • We do not currently have a capacity constraint at this facility but meet management reserves the right to restrict the number of spectators based on existing CHPH or IDPH restrictions

  • AWARDS

    • Awards will be provided for the top 3 athletes in each event

  • SPIKE POLICY

    • Only ¼ inch pyramid spikes will be allowed for the meet

    • Spikes will be checked up entry at the check-in desk and may be checked again at the start line so please be prepared for those checks

  • LIVE RESULTS

    • Live results will be posted immediately following each race.

  • PARKING

    • There will be three parking locations:

    • 1. Street parking

    • 2. Quest Athletics lot next a block from the track (approximately 100 spaces in that lot) 

    • 3. Track parking for $20 which will allow parking at the edge of the track (approximately 50 vehicles will be allowed in this space)

  • OTHER

    • Concessions will be provided by Hope Academy for purchase.

    • Port-a-potties will be available onsite.
